Holy Lift Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Holy Lift collects, why it is used, and how you can request deletion.

Data we collect

Account data such as your user ID, email sign-in provider, display name, username, profile photo, and app settings.
Training data such as workouts, sets, personal records, programs, gym check-ins, leaderboard activity, follows, comments, reactions, and notifications.
Health and fitness data you choose to enter, such as weight logs, nutrition goals, nutrition logs stored on your device, and Apple Health workout sync data when enabled.
Media you choose to upload, such as profile images, workout photos, and short workout videos.
Approximate or precise location only when needed for gym check-in features and only after device permission.
Diagnostics such as crash reports and performance data used to keep the app reliable.
Purchase status from app-store subscriptions through RevenueCat.

How we use data

We use data to create and secure your account, save your workouts, power social and gym features, provide nutrition and progress tools, sync optional Apple Health data, process subscription access, prevent abuse, and improve app reliability.

Third-party services

Holy Lift uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend functions; Sentry for crash diagnostics; RevenueCat for subscription status; Apple Sign In and Google Sign-In for authentication; and Apple Health only if you grant Health permissions. We do not sell personal data and do not use health or fitness data for advertising.

Your choices

You can change device permissions in iOS or Android settings. You can sign out, export data, delete workout data, or delete your full account from Holy Lift account settings. You can also request deletion through Holy Lift support or through our data deletion page.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and cloud workout data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your account, profile, cloud workout data, social activity, gym data, and uploaded user media unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or purchase records maintained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.
